Song Sparrow?

Wow! 300mm with a 2x extender! I've never been a big fan of extenders but you have proved that they work in the right hands.

Could well be a song sparrow. The shot you have does not show the shape of the tail, which should be rounded -this is a trait that all song sparrows have. Other characteristics are whitish breast with streaks or spots that can be from brown to dark gray, and a light gray ring around the eye. So, it is likely a song sparrow.

50.6 MP camera and a razor-sharp 300 2.8 II lens adds to the 2x extender's sharpness.

There are many varieties of Sparrows and this is the closest choice of it being a Song Sparrow.
