Great start, Lesley, to another sure to be fun challenge!

And, I totally agree with you, that "Summer Fun" has to
include water in some way. As you know, we love Key West
and the Outer Banks, but this year, other than the panorama
I've already posted, I spent more time capturing images of
things we don't see in our area, some of which I've included
here along with some of my favorite sunrises and beach scenes.

So...."Summer Fun must include Water in some way." Water to me is like a magnet and we will drive miles to get to it! Many a vacation gets planned around water! Then there's the fact that we lived in Hawaii for 18 years which ="Endless Summers!" With that in mind.....will share a few summery water shots. Bob

Thanks for Sharing your wonderful Beach scenes Bob, they're all gorgeous..Pg. 5

Pg 5 - Family times are always the best, Lesley...thanks for sharing.

St. Jo, Tx really looks like a small town, so I googled it, and in 2000,
there were only 977 residents...with your 12, it still comes up a
little short of an even 1,000....lol.

That said, it really looks like a cool place to visit...after all, it has
a vineyard!

I have yet to visit the Vineyard..lol and 99% of the Businesses are closed on Sundays when the reunion is Held..lol
but it's always fun to see the Family...BTW only 2 of the Family actually live in St. Jo, one couple came in from Oklahoma, Our Daughter came in from Midland, Tx., and another couple came in from Nacona, anther from the Austin area. and then there's Us from Arkansas.

These shores are more fun to walk than in the park paths in town. Sunrises and sunsets are special.

Your so right about that Jim much rather walk on the shore than on a Sidewalk in Town..Pg. 7

So many fun ideas for summer fun and many similar to each other. Started out by meeting a challenge set for myself almost a year ago - a recital of me with my friends. Important to know, such things terrify me but the challenge was to banish those nerves and have a great time. It took place this past Sunday and I had a blast. Friends and family came from all over. Nerves were not allowed. My friend took pix and video, but I don't have them yet. So, first pic is me. Yesterday, spent the AM at the beach - a summer mecca for me - with family before they had to leave. Here are a few.

So glad to hear it went well Pat, I know you put alot of prep time into your recital. Wish I could have been there too..

Nice series Tim, have no clue what that 5th one is

Hmmmm....the 5th one in the first series I posted is a '56 Chevy BelAir.

If you're talking about the 5th one in the second series, that would be
a '31 Cadillac.
