For anyone thinking about returning to film photography, or trying it for the first time, I have a pristine Yashica 35 GSN film camera for sale. This camera looks like it just came from the Yashica factory since it has been refurbished from the ground up: new seals. new shutter pad (No Pad of Death problem), cleaned throughout, clear RF, meter adjusted, etc. The battery compartment is clean. Also included is a set of auxiliary Yashica wide angle and telephoto lenses. I’ll also include a fresh roll of Ilford HP5 (ASA 400) B+W film.
The camera comes with a nearly fresh battery and adaptor. (See later explanation)
This is the camera model that was dubbed “the Poor Man’s Leica” when it first appeared. Another claim to fame is that this is the camera that the photojournalist character Peter Parker used in the original Spiderman movie. A cult following of users clamored to find good working copies of the “Spiderman Camera” after the movie’s release.
Because the original batteries for this camera were no longer available, a cottage industry developed to make battery/adaptor sets to power the camera as originally. You can check out theYahica Guy online at
www.yashica-guy.com for all the information about this camera. The camera’s user manual can be found online at several sources via Google.
$125.00 shipped, PayPal, money order, or check (must clear first). CONUS only.
I have sold both digital and film cameras and lenses on UHH to total satisfaction of buyers, as well as on eBay as marcman66.

Great camera. I used this model in HS to take newspaper and yearbook photos. Good luck with your sale.
I have one in not as good condition. The viewfinder has a crack but I keep it around as a reminder of my youth.
