A lawnmower or weed eater will get poor Soo out to safety. Looks like Salty Sam put a lot of miracle grow on that stuff.

I suggest you hire one of the Jones boys to mow the lawn/jungle. The lean lanky one, he can be a bit slow but he does real good work and is sure to save Sweet Soo. He and Sam are sort of rivals.
