Baltimore is on my no fly (or drive) list.
On a side note, the city was a target of ransomware and has had no access to any of their computer systems for weeks, yet they refuse to pay the ransom in hopes of breaking the code even after the deadline has passed.

Just so you know, NYC has addressed that problem and in NYC there is a "right to shelter" and the City is finding places for the homeless whether they're apartments or shelters.
Meanwhile, Idaho who has a much smaller numeric population fails to act on anything.
Why don't you find an article on the homeless in NYC that was written in 2019?

My point is simply nationwide, crimes of anger are now up 3 years in a row and no locale is exempt. It’s a nationwide deterioration.
I’ve visited Baltimore's Inner Harbor many times. The poverty within just a mile is terrible to see. If you want to see a spot-on TV series, watch “The Wire”. It is absolutely realistic. No state is immune so don’t posture as being free of crime and better than the rest of the states; we’re all suffering.

There are Federal statutes for "hate" crimes. Idaho booted the Aryan Nation animals out decades ago but you are right, no one anywhere is free from crime. BTW concealed carry is now lawful on campus here in Idaho so perps should take head who they might be messing with.
