You can't ..it just prints in standard form card. I can't think of a program or seen a program that you can change the size to 9x7 format.

I have made greetings card templates for Word:

Page Layout: set the spread size (9x7 or 9 x 14 depending on if the card is to fold or not fold
Set the outer margins
Set the gutter if the car is a folding one
Show grid if you need it.

Save as a template and open it for use for each different card.

Whichever method, don't forget to set your printer to custom size for the paper or card.

My Word is v.2007 but newer versions may have guides as well which will make it easier. I now use Photoshop and/or Affinity to make greetings cards. If you have MS Publisher it is very easy to make the template but commercial printers will probably reject it. It is good for home use, as is Affinity Publisher and Affinity Designer.

Hallmark Card Studio is a great option. Not free but amazing value IMHO. You get thousands of their cards you can print, and its easy to make your own too. https://www.amazon.com/Hallmark-Card-Studio-2019-Download/dp/B07JFWW57V

It's been a while since I've used MS Publisher (though it still resides on my machine), but we used to save the PUB files to PDF, and commercial printers printed them all the time.

Unfortunately, Avery and MS got into some pissing contest, and there are no longer Avery templates built into word (starting around Word 2013, I think). But you can go to the Avery site...they make greeting card stock in a variety of sizes and styles, so you can find a template and BOOM! Greeting cards. Hope that helps.
