One of the skills I have always wanted to have, but found a bit daunting, was learning how to get and display panoramas - fortunately you tube is awash with partial explanations which when you stitch them together will teach you what you need to know.
In a separate post I will attach v1 of what I hope brings most of those excerpts into one useful guide for beginners like me - anyone who wants to comment or make suggestions on my first pass at a comprehensive guide is most welcome.
In them meantime, 2 panoramas of the harbour where I live - the site from which the shots were taken is here if you want to paste these co-ords into google maps; -33.842873, 151.185561

Very nice work and helpful to see day and night versions.
Thanks David - yours were harder subjects than mine - in particular the first had lots of foreground detail that had to be stitched together.
I drive or ride that road a couple of times a week - but you need a visitors creative eye to see the interest you captured in something I just take for granted - cheers and all the best to Dallas - Andrew
