"Leap of Faith"

Here's an interesting look at a crane in a tree near our home in Montana. With the background, I was going for an effect like "Creation" or "Stepping into the Void" or something along those lines. I just took all the color out of the crane and trees, and superimposed over a stock background. Very little processing other than that, but I did use a bit of Topaz Precision Contrast and AI Clear. Enjoy, and comments and edits always welcome if you wish!

Super eye-catching. I'm often drawn to simple, graphical-type silhouettes against textured backgrounds or other dramatic colors and design. This is energetic and memorable.

Cool idea. I especially like the bird's foot in the air as if it's just stepping into flight. For some reason the rays seemed too distracting from the great silhouettes, so I softened them. I like it, but then I don't know your exact intent.

Your silhouette against the red/orange/yellow background has a huge impact. Bev

Looking at the two pictures I think that the op picture had a much greater impact with the sharper rays as the silhouette stands out much more...
