Wow! When I "bake" bread, I just dump all the ingredients into an automatic bread machine. It's really amazing, but it's not actually baking bread.

I too have discovered that photographers also make great chefs & bakers as well. God's Gifts are MANY !
There in the back of the closet sits my Bread Machine.. dusty. As Jerry suggests ... machines ain't about pretty. Your loves need to be sampled by tearing off chunks and painting with butter from a 1/4 pound stick.. mmm.
I recall a bakery in Detroit in the 60s that made small loves with pepperoni slice scattered thru out... wow that was good.
This is the most popular bread being baked during the Christmas season in Europe.
Delightful sweet bread with rasins and almonds! Although the dough takes about 8 hours to rise.
