Definitely the B&W in this case. Nice job.
While I generally lean to B&W for these kinds of scenes/subjects, that color image is really, really nice. I love that background glow and how it interacts with those beautiful greens to frame that old house - an old house with the sun setting on its waning years of existence.
I would hang either one on my wall. Beautiful work!

I prefer the B&W shot. It's also more level.
Yes and I always wonder who lived in these old places and what they were like at the time. It haunts me when I dwell on their lost history and I wish I could have known them.

The sunlight in this scene commands more attention than the color. Try doing this under a dark, ominous sky and look at the differences. Your b&w version almost lets me hear the laughter of young children playing in the yard. Most interesting comparison.
I do NOT like the black and white. The color one is REAL. B&W is blah.

Like the B&W shot. The color looks over processed on this laptop and has a problem with level (horizon).

Thanks. Yeah the colored is kinda strange cause it's in vivid instead of natural color
IMHO the B&W treatment adds impact to this image. Well done.

I agree. Looks like a pencil drawing.
I Jay want to mention this here... Cause I couldn't get on.
I couldn't open this through the link in my email because it said it wasn't secure and someone may be getting to steal my info. But I went to hedgehog.com and then back to my email and clicked on it again and it brother me here.
I, too prefer the B&W haunting image.
The home is "still" standing as well..
