This is a great tools for doing Macro/Micro work or if you just need an overhead stationary shot (great for food and product photography). The lifting plate gives you very precise movement up and down once you have set the overhead adjustment and it's made of stainless steel. This system is designed for cameras. I was using a Nikon 7200 with some pretty heavy lenses with it and it held up very well.
The overhead retailed for $125 and I think the lifting plate originally sold for about $25. I'm selling both for $110.00 and I'll pay the shipping in CONUS. Both of these items are in like new condition as I only had the opportunity to use them a couple of times due to problems with my eyesight I am unable to critically focus my cameras or do post work on screen.
