👍👍
Im thinking about heading that way today to see if I have any luck seeing these guys and see if those pelicans are still there somewhere. Where did you see them? What access? Lately I've spent a lot of time in our backyard, so I took some pics there, but I need to get out more before all the little birds hide in the trees once the leaves grow big...

Hi Paulie,

Pelicans are gone... they had a 3 day stop in busse on the way to Fox Lake area... There were about 100 of them...
On the Eagle front I see Mom or Dad sitting on branches in the same tree as the nest... I have only seen 1 little one a few times so who knows if they have more than one... I guess the little ones need to grow a bit before we see them or it on a regular basis....

Hope you get to see something and keep in touch

Larry

I've seen an adult sitting on the branch Friday evening when I drove by. As far as I remember from 2 years ago, the young one learned to fly sometimes in June, so I guess they'll still be around for a while..

Yes I have seen the adult on the branch much more often these days so I assume at least one hatched... When the baby appears it is only for a very short time... You will see the fuzzy little head and then it is gone quite quickly... Probably has to grow a bit more
