...betcha there are many Utube vids on your camera. I find them invaluable...although I've learned to read a few comments before viewing!
CreativeLive.com is offering John Greengo's lessons on this and several cameras on special until midnight. $14. I've used the one for my new Canon EOS R and found it excellent.

I hope you enjoy the camera as much as I did, before moving to the 5DSR. I have downloaded manuals to iPad and iPhone, but I agree that the fastest way to get started is to go through the menus, then look to the manual for adjustments that are not obvious in the menus.
Congratulations. You will have such a great time with the Mark III.
I would go to youtube and find a video detailing the features of your camera. Then dig deeper for videos of features you want to know more about.
