Nice shot. The young woman seems proud to be showing off her chest. I hope the photo doesn't come back to haunt her in later years.

It hasn't. It won't. I also shot her topless and she was fine with it. And if photos come back to haunt her, she can always call an exorcist. Or Ghostbusters.
Is that some kind of photographer's lingo about her breasts being natural? I hope so, because if it means what I think it means, that she has not had breast enhancement surgery, then you are a jerk for mentioning it. Why do you think you have the right to reveal someone else's personal medical information here and by extension to the entire internet? Did she sign a model release and a release of medical privacy information? Why would you even know one way or another? Is that a fashion photographer's thing, that you can book a model but only 'natural' need apply? I hope there is some more innocent explanation and I'm going to be embarrassed for thinking badly of you.

I understand the look you were going for, but the excessive graininess is not the most attractive to your model.

I was being flippant and you are correct. BTW, our here in Shakey Town, the figure model agencies routinely list whether a girl is 'enhanced' or not.

Do they do the same for male models?

As we age, at times it is nice to look and see ourselves before wrinkles, droops and such occur. I was a Santa in an "aged home" for ten years, many ladies had photos of themselves and family from many years before; when all were alive, healthy and looked good.
I have a friend now in her 70s who looking at a series of nude photos I took of her at age 32, she said, "my, how beautiful I was." If they were published, no one would associate this 40+ years older lady with the one 32. She would be proud if they did. If another woman did see them, they would wish they had nude photos... in their prime years.
Big Mike, the world has changed... it is no longer the small town Baptist world bickering about nail polish being the work of the Devil.

Yeah, I remember baptists in my hometown growing up. They weren't supposed to dance and weren't supposed to go to the movies but they did. My remark about haunting referred to her becoming famous in the future, say, first lady and this photo popped up. It could be embarrassing. People do things not looking down the road 50 years ahead. Now at 78 I hope none of my past mistakes come back to haunt me. (:

I hope that when I (if) reach my 70's (very soon) I would have had plenty of fun that might come back and haunt me... Then this old man would be able to sit back and smile a very contented smile at the memories...
Nice work! The processing is great.

I suggest you access a dictionary before making assumptions:
dé·colle·tage
/dāˌkäləˈtäZH,deˌkäləˈtäZH/
noun
noun: décolletage; plural noun: décolletages
a low neckline on a woman's dress or top.
a woman's cleavage as revealed by a low neckline.
