The unexpected

I was scouting for landscape locations, since the day was overcast. Going along a road east of Crawford, CO when I saw a tail flash in the brush on the passengers side. I slowed down and picked up my camera, just in case. As I approached a small opening in the brush, the fox approached it as well. What could I do, I stopped and touched the shutter. The fox sat down while I was stopped so I took another picture. You see them here.
