I’m looking for an Arca L bracket to fit a Canon 7D II w/grip. Anyone know why this bracket in no longer available? Anyone know of an alternative? TIA

Check Ebay. I believe I saw several of what you are looking for.

Thanks Stan but I’ve searched eBay multiple ways...few listings for Canon grip brackets, all I’ve found are for other models. Strangely B&H and Adorama both show the model I’m looking for as discontinued or unavailable. Kirk and RRS have both discontinued the bracket according to their sites. Guess I’m looking for a dinosaur.

Hard telling not knowing.
I overheard someone say that a while back. Sometimes it has its uses.

Three-Legged Thing, a British company, makes a very nice L-bracket, and not as expensive as Kirks. It comes in short and tall versions, for cameras without and with battery grips. Here's the tall one, at B&H:

https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1384937-REG/3_legged_thing_qr11_fbg_full_size_universal_l_bracket.html

Even available in two colors. I have one for my Canon EOD 60D. It only has to be repositioned to plug in a microphone, which I don't do ever.

PMG should have what you want, hell there are almost hundreds of makers of L brackets, shouldn't be hard to find!

That’s what I thought too...then I started searching google, amazon and eBay. If anybody still offers one they are keeping it a secret.
