While I would love to be a professional photographer traveling the world, I just shoot pictures as a hobby when I have free time. I'm a first time mom to a 4 month old, so my time is mostly occupied by her and work.
I found a love for photography many moons ago when I was a young kid with my Kodak 110 film camera. For me, photography is a way to release stress and forget the world around me, but also a way to pay more attention to what is around me. Another favorite past time for me is hiking, so I like to bring my camera with me to shoot whatever I find while out in nature. I just purchased a Nikon D7200 with an 18-140mm VR lens, then an additional 40mm & 55-300mm lens. I'm still sad that I missed the chance to get a picture of the blood moon back in January because I had the perfect view of it! I found a new love for shooting pictures of the moon in its different phases, but I also love to shoot macro or wild life photography. Before I recently purchased my Nikon I only had my Google Pixel phone to snap pictures with, so I want to share a few pictures I captured of my daughter with my cell phone. I love, love, LOVE these pictures that I got of my daughter, even though some parts of her are blurry in them.
While I would love to be a professional photograph... (
