One glaring problem for a product shoot. The make and model are out of focus. The logo in the circle is not legible. Up the power on the flash and get your aperture down to f11. Play with your focus points. At f11, a spot focus on the logo might still give you the depth of field to get all of the mic in focus.
The top logo Blue is in focus, can see better when blown up. The problem is a lot of reflections within the logo. The logo is 3 dimensional made out of plastic or chrome and glued on. The best way to get it sharper would be to shoot it straight on. I didn't do this because I wanted dramatic influence in the photo by using diagonal highlights. The lower, THX Certified, I believe is secondary. I would hope that if this was used in a product catalog or web site the Blue log would have been large and seen before getting to this picture and some visual of the logo would be enough. Having said all that the paying customer is always right and I would make any change he would want. So yes you could have a very valid point for it being legible.
