Nikon makes a couple of wide angle lenses that are well suited for real estate photography:

Nikon PC NIKKOR 19mm f/4E ED Tilt-Shift Lens

Nikon PC-E NIKKOR 24mm f/3.5D ED Tilt-Shift Lens

I've used a 20mm f/2.8 for the vast majority of my indoor photographs. In one particular case, I had to shoot a couple and stitch pano style to get the whole room. Just keep the lens axis parallel to the floor.

I bought my D750 about 3 1/2 years ago and went with the Tamron 10-30 f/2.8. It was either this lens or the Nikon 14-24.

If you go wider than 20mm, be sure it is rectilinear. Then keep it level.

look at your DXO the 14mm Nikon is rubbish compared to the 14mm Samyang and at the price you will make more profit ( which is why you are there)

Take a look at the Tokina SD 11-16 f2.8 for the Nikon. That is what I use for real estate. Excellent lens for a reasonable price

With modern photo stitching and PC adjustments in camera and computer, even a 24mm shot vertical and panning can be a good interior lens. That said, I would go with the 20 1.8 Nikkor, which doubles well for night sky shots. Wider than that, and you get a lot of size-distortion, (things at the far end of the room look a mile away!)

The Tokina 11-16 is a DX lens He said D750 ..The tamron is no longer made and is an old screw drive lens ...just get the Samyang and stop messing about.

I do a lot of realty work, I use a Nikon 16-35mm ƒ4 almost exclusivity. BTW, IMO...you don't need a fast lens for shallow DOF which costs more. I have used my Nikon 20mm ƒ1.8 stopped down and my Nikon 14-24 ƒ2.8 also stopped down...the tilt shift lens as suggested is another way to go...FYI look into doing pano's and or virtual reality tours...it's what realtors are looking for today.

There is a Sigma 17-35 witch I loved before I got he 14mm Samy ..it comes in two versions inc a HSM.
This would be flexible for interiors and exteriors
