Took a walk around the yard today and left camera in Auto mode. I'm so happy our honey bees survived the winter! These are nice bees so I was able to get close. We've had hives in the past with mean bees and they would sting anyone within 100 yards of their hive. I'm no expert on honey bees, these belong to my husband. 
I love watching the bees come back to the hive with their little legs full of pollen.

Wonderful that there are still bees around! I love them! Here's a photo of my great-grandpa and his hives in Oregon ca 1890.
