As a birder, I have checked out about every gimbal head out there. This one surprised me so I looked them up to see what I might be missing. I could not find their products on Amazon or Adorama or even find a review of their gimbal online. Sorry, I can't help except to say, in general, you get what you pay for with gimbal heads.

Its just a rebranded Beike Gimbal. Very poor quality build

I was able to find their website, but I was unable to find any independent reviews or any large volume 3rd party reps like Amazon, Adorama or KEH where you can usually see independent user reviews. I did look at the 17 reviews on the Bemyar website. Don't you think its a bit unusual for all the reviewers to post pictures? Maybe Bemyar requires it, I don't know. Might be completely legit. If you buy one, please let us know how it works.

It looks identical to the Neewer head. Same price in metal, & for about $30.00 more in carbon fiber. On Amazon & eBay, maybe B&H.
Maybe check the Neewer reviews.
I would match the quality of you tripod/gimbal to your camera. Like as has already been said, "you get what you pay for" (most of the time).
Personally, I'd pass on it.

Agree and nice work. It looks identical to the Neewer Professional Heavy Duty ... So, Bemyar is reselling the Neewer gimbal. Wonder who Neewer gets it from?

Neewer is also a rebranded Beike Gimbal. Same poor quality.

On my phone right now and having trouble posting a link. Just Google "Beike Gimbal".

No thank you! (Well, maybe if they threw in a free bottle of snake oil ...)

So, let's give the OP some of the better gimbal options. Steve Perry is high on Wimberley gimbals, which are top of the line. I happen to own a Sirui PH-20 carbon fiber gimbal head, which I am very happy with. I believe it has been discontinued and replaced with the PH-30.

If you have never used a gimbal head, you need to get (a good) one. Much more stable and easy to adjust compared to a ball head. Yes, they are big and clumsy, but I do my best to figure out how to take it with me on birding hikes.

One of the guys we shoot with at Wakodahatchee showed up with one of those, he and the rest of us were not impressed. Sorry, not a professional review, but, there you go.

Buy quality one time, or junk time and time again. I bought the nest for MT Shooter and love it. Here is a link to his store: https://www.cameracottage.com/apps/webstore/

Good luck

What camera/lens are you thinking of using with this?

If you are hoping to put a 600mmF4 and a D5 on it, I would seriously question your sanity...

All kidding aside, buying this would be like getting retreaded tires for your Bentley.

All kidding aside - $70 for a gimbal? It had better come with a no-deductible insurance policy in the event that it fails and drops your camera/lens onto the rocks.

I actually ordered one myself last week after watching some of the You Tube videos. I'm just an enthusiast. Hope it works for what I need it for.
