Possibly a Marbled Orbweaver (Araneus marmoreus), similar to:

I believe this one is in the family Therididae, but I wouldn't offer a suggestion as to genus or species. Superficially it looks a little like Acharanea tepidariorum because of the marbled pattern on the abdomen, but there are several that have this general appearance and there is a huge amount of intra-species variation.
