The very small fly was dining on a smaller gnat,the other two are a moth on the outside of my shop,7d with a canon 100 2:8 L macro lens,still trying.

If you drive around the neighbor hood and look for local flowering weeds you'll find more subjects to photograph. Some of my best photographing happens on the side of the road on the flowering weeds

You are off to a good start, but I want you to increase your DoF. For example, your image #3 was captured ISO 320, 1/125-sec at f/8. If you can increase your illumination, you can decrease your aperture to f/16, and considerably increase your DoF, keeping entire moth in focus.

Increase speedlight output, and
decrease aperture to at least f/16.
