Hi Macro2009 So that's where you've been..Swanning around.lol.. In Wellingborough by the riverside there is a large Whitworths processing plant whos site backs onto the rivers edge. For some reason hundreds of swans reside there permanently. its the perfect place for photographing them.Maybe they should change the slogan to..Whitworths are a SWANS best friend..nice shot :thumbup:

Nice shot Macro. Around here, they rent swans during the summer, to keep Canada Geese off the ponds.

Hi AL FR urghh did you have to Mention Canada Geese! We get thousands of them here at certains times of the year, much as I love wildlife, the mess they make is YUK! lol

Swans are so graceful and beautiful. I think the orange leaves help make this photo complete as it compliments the orange bill.
