Woke up to this today

I reside just about 150 miles north of Los Angeles CA and this is what we awoke to this morning. Our freeways are shut down and I can't get to work...Yeah :mrgreen:
My Cannon is being held hostage by a snow covered car so I got out my point and shoot to get a few pictures. please excuse the lack of quality here... This is our 1st real snow this season normally by now we have had at least 2-3 like this.

I can imagine, I would have 2 places if I had a lot of snow to deal with but this is our first of the season, we normally have 3-4 like this a season so we are getting started really late. It melts within 2-3 days and it will be in the 60s again before we know it. Just this past Sunday it was warm enough for short selves outside. In the summer it rarely gets over 90 here where the other areas of California are well over 100...its nice. Our town has a slogan "The land of 4 Seasons" those of who live here add to it....All in one day!

You know it's not so bad since the snow melts within days. I would not like it if it stuck around for weeks like in some places.
