Picasa & Missing Audio

I recently purchased the Panasonic ZS19 and I have been using Picasa to down load my pictures from the SD card.
I took some movies last weekend and when i tried to view them with Picasa there was no audio. I tried several SD cards thinking mine might be bad, but that wasn't the case.
Does anyone have an idea what went wrong, or is Picasa not able to get audio with video with this model camera?

I use Picasa 3.9, but I download images from my memory card directly to a pre-selected PC folder. Nothing is ever missing.

I use Picasa for stills/photo's but Windows Media Player for vids. No problem.

I use Picasa and noticed no sound.
It turned out I hadn't enabled the audio on my camera!!! Doh
Otherwise, Picasa is a great tool.

Your main problem is that your using Picasa.

I can hear the audio in playback on the camera and also in windows media player. I use to be able to hear the audio when I used a different camera.
Also, when trying to open the video, it takes a long time, it doesn't just open up like it use to.
