While visiting in laws in the San Diego area this weekend I found a house I would die for!! NOT! As many of you know, I am a Realtor and thought..."I wish I could list this house!" Again NOT! I would include the bicycle and the truck ;)
My mother-in-law has a love of photography too, and when we drove by this we had to stop and take photos. As we were starting the car to leave, all of a sudden this BIG Black dog appears in the upstairs broken out picture window and starts barking at us. I thought the house might be abandoned but there were too many signs that it wasn't. We could a been shot with a shot gun and never live to tell the story!!!
Notice the door upstairs? Watch your first step!!
Watch the First step
Another view of this beauty
A Kitchen to die for!
Bike included
Truck too
A real money pit of a fixer-upper...first step bulldozer..:)

Thanks! I will do my best not to get shot. I was scolded last week for getting too, too close to a moving train. Just call me stupid for getting in trouble again!!!
I see a lot of places like that down here. Its sad. There are still homes down here with dirt floors. Things do move forward here but, sadly, not all of them move very fast. Great shots, though. :)
too much junk to unload (looks as someone already did)
IN San Diego what would that sell for as is?
Does it come with the truck?
A little Windex and 409, the place would look like new!

I don't live in the area so I have no idea. It is a tear down, I'm sure, and would only be worth land value. I looked up the tax records and it is a 3 + 1, 1200 square feet, built in 1936!

I know you are kidding, but NOT! That place is a definite tear down and I am pretty sure someone is living in it cause there was a very healthy looking dog upstairs barking at us through the glassless window!

Is that what they call a fixer upper or a handy man special?
