I took this picture a couple months ago while I was waiting in a road work traffic jam. I literally had my rear passenger window open and I had the camera in one hand just shooting out the opening before the traffic got going again.
First, I am showing the original RAW which I converted to a Jpeg with no PP work to it. Then the finished product which I took out the power lines, bob wire fence, straightened the horizon, and used an unshapen mask. I also ran it through a Topaz filter on a duplicate layerto make the windmills and desert pop but kept the softer sky by using a layer mask. C&C welcome...
Do the windmills look crooked since I straightened the horizon? In number 3 adjust the perspective to make them straight what do you think looks better 2 or 3?
Original NO PP
Wind Park
Wind Park with straighting
Last image looks best, straight and wires removed.
Thank you now that I can see all three together I agree
Agree. Ocean are level , land seldom.
Easy way to judge straightness is the aerial on the hill - guaranteed to be vertical, no matter what the land is doing. Lovely picture - would make an ideal subject for HDR.

Thank you, I see what you are referring to. It is actually a hill so the road isn't straight but I knew I would be told to straighten the horizon so I did...LOL
