2nd attempt for waterdrops

Too busy with the wedding ring in the rose petal, but I didn't honestly think the waterdrops on the rose petal would turn out as good as it did. What do you think? Anything else I could do to improve the shot?

First...kudos to you for trying this...it's a good idea but you're right...there is too much going on..no idea what the subject really is.
Also, the light is harsh...(see the defined shadow lines?) it needs to be softer maybe...that's a personal choice depending on what you are looking for.
I'd say simplify...zoom in...tight frame...crop...what's the subject? The ring or the drops...?
