Apparently he's not making enough money with his music. So....now he's looking for a free ride. I heard the word "chubby" many times in my life before I even knew Chubby Checker existed so why he thinks he corners the market on the word "chubby" is beyond me.

Maybe he used the app, and didn't like the anwer he got. Could be he's suing over something other than the name??
