Lens Adapting Chart

Unfortunately that is a terribly incomplete chart and does nothing to address the useability or functionality of the adapted lenses. You can literally mount any lens on any body, the adapters are available from several sources. But does that mean you should, or would actually WANT to? Absolutely not.

I agree, it's incomplete...and using adapters is not the best way to go either...
