I got these last summer...I don't have a good white one...also do they come in other colors? Post some if you have some.

I think I've only seen red or white here. Your yellow is divine! This was at 53 mm and is cropped (before I got my 55-250 lens).

Ive seen white with some pink....near the center....but the ones I got where so over exposed...couldn't see any detail at all. Nice shot....just a tic over exposed...and not by very much....maybe a half stop.

Hand-held Nikon D5000 at ISO 400, Nikkor 105D macro lens, 1/80-sec at f/32, full sun & Nikon SB-600 speedlight with O-Flash 3/4-circle Fresnel prism attachment.

Download of #1 - just beautiful! I don't quite know all the terms you mention. How is that you got the light so even? To my amateur eye, I would have guessed NO sunlight, NO flash :)

When shooting in bright sunlight, macro-photographers use a diffused speedlight to fill-in the shadows, reducing over all contrast. Straight sunlight is 4:1 lighting ratio, leaving shadows pure black. With diffused speedlight, lighting ratio of this photo is closer to 2:1, filling-in shadows, allowing detail. The background is in shade, remaining dark.
