I've been in Manila for a little over a week and have given myself an assignment to capture all of the various modes of transporation utilized here to get around Manila. The roads seem to lack any sense of organization. Can I capture the sense of movement?

Great shots.Love that bus!
Wish we were as creative here and not waste anything Everything here has to be new or people feel ashamed and old is discarded. I guess necessity brings out the best in humans.

Awe the creativity of necessity is also the breeding ground for crime. I am often cautioned - Daily - to not be walking around with a camera. The average citizen in Manila is truly fearful!
I have a California Sunbounce Sniper Strap Pro, which has a steel cable woven into the strap and it is carried from one shoulder to under the oppisite arm. They can't cut the strap, but they can certainly cut me. So, I am constantly aware of my immediate surroundings and always looking for a safe place to run.

Love the first one. Perhaps a slower shutter speed to increase the blur a bit more would have been ideal?

You can find the strap at Calumet Photographic online or I would think Amazon. It is a strap that goes from one shoulder to under the oppisite side arm. Much greater control over carrying the camera and keeping it tucked away the best I can. It attaches to the tripod socket with a very sturdy steel mechanism and has a steel cable sewn into the strap. They are not cheap! About $85.00
