Another lib. Dem freaks out.
These people?...It's just one more DV arrest. Pure and simple. While searching I found 3 that were republicans...what's wrong with those guys?

Thanks Elfstop.
Everyone needs to chill on throwing the mud when one party or another has a representative guilty of an action that is common to either side.
This has nothing to do with party affiliation, but has a lot to do with being human.

Politicians are rarely held accountable for their actions, and are frequently reelected by a party loyal electorate.
Here are excerpts from the article I find interesting:
"Brooks,
elected to his second term in November, has been under scrutiny since his arrest last month on suspicion of threatening Kirkpatrick over his committee assignments. According to police, he had a
gun in his car and dozens of rounds of ammunition." I wonder if he will be reelected again and what his views on gun control are. Regarding gun control, or anything else for that matter:
"Steven Brooks refused to tell citizens where he stands on any of the issues addressed in the 2012 Political Courage Test, despite repeated requests from Vote Smart, national media, and prominent political leaders."
http://votesmart.org/candidate/political-courage-test/121866/steven-brooks/#.URk8XhG9KSMAnother excerpt from the article:
"Assembly Majority Leader William Horne, D-Las Vegas, who will chair the bipartisan panel, said Sunday that Brooks' arrests reflect
ongoing concerns about his fitness to serve." Ya think????
