These people?...It's just one more DV arrest. Pure and simple. While searching I found 3 that were republicans...what's wrong with those guys?

Everyone needs to chill on throwing the mud when one party or another has a representative guilty of an action that is common to either side.
This has nothing to do with party affiliation, but has a lot to do with being human.

Politicians are rarely held accountable for their actions, and are frequently reelected by a party loyal electorate.

Here are excerpts from the article I find interesting:

"Brooks, elected to his second term in November, has been under scrutiny since his arrest last month on suspicion of threatening Kirkpatrick over his committee assignments. According to police, he had a gun in his car and dozens of rounds of ammunition."

I wonder if he will be reelected again and what his views on gun control are. Regarding gun control, or anything else for that matter:
