First Attempt

I purchased the Nikon 105mm VR macro lens (used from a UHH member) a couple of months ago and have enjoyed using it for portraiture, but until this morning hadn't attempted macro. Both hand held using natural light only. Critiques welcome.

Not too shabby. Could use just a bit of fill light, even if it is just diffused pop-up flash:

I don't do Macro but they do look like two nice crisp images to me, one can almost feel the cold :thumbup: :thumbup:
