New Lens ...what uses?

Received a Nikon prime 35mm 1.8 lens as gift. I shoot with d7000 using 18-200 lens now. What are the best uses for the new lens?

On a D7000, a 35-mm lens is an oh-so-slight wide angle lens. Try a bit of landscape photography. Might also be useful for group portraits. Also, f/1.8 allows a very narrow DoF, to isolate singular subjects from an OOF background.

LOTS of things....lots.
Street photography...indoor stuff (not too close)
Full body shots (not too close)
