I love his attitude! While some are in panic about the storm, he sees fun and adventure!

Nemo the Blizzard is quickly escalating from flurries to wild fury. So far, for Maine-iac Hap it is pure awesomeness...

The Golden Lab I had in Idaho loved the snow. Also loved to chase blowing tumbleweeds. That was quite a show especially when she caught one. Kind of like a dog chasing a car. What the hell are you going to with it when you catch it?

Dogs sure do help us to see the fun in all that white stuff :)

Fun shots! Nothing happier than a big dog in snow. Cleans them pretty well, too!

One day I had set up a shot of ice-cycles hanging on a creek bank with a slow shutter speed setting to get a smooth cotton like flow of the water. Everything is set and my lab decides to lay down in the middle of the stream (only a few inches deep) with her back end in the frame. I couldn't coax her out of the water. I just laughed and waited until was ready to get up and move. I wish I had the shot after she finally moved but it's probably in a box somewhere. Kodachrome slide either 25 or 64.
