Paid for a Adobe elements 11 up-date from elements 8, downloaded in suggested akamai net session interface and after hours of downloading time elements 11 does not appear anywhere in my programs, only the existing version 8. Have any members experienced difficulties downloading Adobe products. Elsewhere downloading takes less than a minute. I seem to be shuffled from page to page getting nowhere. Some help greatly appreciated Thanks
last week did the same thing, updated from pse8 to 11. did some strange things like telling me to uninstall. I just called adobe and got a techie to walk me thru it and I was up and running in 15 minutes. I called the 800 number listed on your 30 day trial and told them I needed help. It was a 20 minute wait getting the techie and he didn't talk very good english but we got the job done.

Typically wouldn't you save the download to a folder on your computer and then after the download completes, go to that folder and install? Maybe you should search your folders for the download.

In Windows go to Computer then C drive then Users then Downloads. if you find it just double click and it should start the install process. That is an unusually long download time. Are you using a dial up connection?

Always save your download, never just hit run, you will always have it to re-install if something goes wrong,,, or you might want to install to another computer !
