Beautiful! I want to go to Alaska!
Love all the photos. #1 and #3 are my favorite...basically because they are the kind of photos I take . Colors are great and all are sharp. What camera system are you using ? ...lenses ?

love them all what type of camera did you use
Thanks to all who have commented. These photos were taken with my Nikon D100 and a Sigma 28-300 lense. I also have a Nikon D300 and various Nikkor lenses. One of my favorite lens is the Nikkor 18-70. It is that lens I keep on the camera and go out the door with.
So beautiful...all of them.
When I first moved to Alaska I was amazed at how mush the tide changed. Wish I was up there now!
You're correct about the tides. Here's a snapshot of the same two buildings with the tide out:
I really love #2 different shades of the barn , backed up to that gorgeous mountain, breathtaking,
Reminds me of some ports in Ireland. When the tide is out the boats lie on their sides then refloat when it comes back in.
