Not a big fan of HDR, but I kind of like this one; seems to suit the subject. Do you have anything that would be an "in between" these two?

I really do wish people would realize that the use of hdr is to "ENHANCE" a photo, NOT totally change into an abstract that does not even resemble a photo...

For mine, No1 is easier on the eyes 2 seems a bit harsh

I prefer the original. I do like HDR enhancement in some photos, but this seems a bit heavy here.

Like them both, but I like the sunshine and "early morning in the valley" feeling in the 1st.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to appraise and comment on the 2 versions of the above image. For Linda - I did try other filters but wasn't happy with the results. Best regards, Shaughnessy

I disagree. #2 looks magical to me... like a Kincaid painting. Perhaps that's what Shaughnessy was going for? I personally love how it looks.
