I am looking for some (affordable) software that will let me turn a photo into a coloring book item. Example: After taking family reunion pics, I would like to email the grandkids pages they could print and color. Any suggestions?
Google it I believe there are several options depending on what editing programs you already have
depending on what you already have you may beable to do it with what you have, photoshop, or photoshop eleiments does stuff like that, or check the crayoloa site they have some online software for converting photos to coloring pages, in some cases you may have to buy a pack of crayons to get a paswword to the site, but when we did it a couple years ago it onle cost us a 64 pack lol and the crayons could be sent with the coloring pages. I know how it is to have a grandson living out of state, our daughter and her husband live in washington State, we are in Maryland if she went any furhter she would be in Canada s we miss them, the clor pages is a good idea, I'll let you know if i find anything else till then good luck
Thanks. It looks like we share a common frustration. You're in Maryland with family in Washington. I'm in Idaho with family in Maryland.
Thanks. That sounds like the perfect solution.
The Kodak software is absolutely perfect. Thank you for recommending it.

There are sketch filters that are free for Gimp, Photoshop and other programs. I'm sure you can find them with google.

Small world, i just saw something on tv where Crayola has color paks in whihc you take pics of your kids (grandkids) and put them in with like snowhite Cinderrella for example and they coor themselves in with their favoirte storybook charactures... when I saw it i thought about you so i did a search and found it I think it was story studio (I'm retired police, was disabled in the line of duty and forget things alot, I tease and say i was hit in the head once) anyway because of my forgetfulness, i did a search and grabbed a link
