Used LR4 on raw image
Not sure that I remember all the minor tweaks, but the major ones were converting to B&W by reducing all saturation points to 0, then using adjustment brush to play with saturation of the house and to add warmth to achieve the gold tone. Also made adjustments to overall contrast and exposure to achieve final result.

The photo is overall really well done, but there are some areas such as around the chimney towards the top left that are heavily haloed. You might wish to do a little cloning or whatever to correct them. But that aside, you really did a great job!

I think the halo gives it added charm.
