You mean the state of VA has a gang that can't shoot straight? I hope VA has lots of jail space for convicted shooters!
In Virginia, the use of deadly force in self-defense is permitted when a person has reasonable fears, under the circumstances, that he or she was in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm, and the person must not use greater force than reasonably appears necessary under the circumstances.
In short, don't shoot unless the other guy has a gun.

Wrong, ole sarg, the bad guy/gal does NOT have to be armed with a gun. If someone's coming at YOU with a knife, tell me YOU'RE not going to shoot. I hope you're smarter than that.

Just because your attacker does not have a gun does not disallow you from using lethal force against him.There are many ways you can be seriously injured or killed.I have seen people beaten to death,killed by cement blocks,stabbed,choked etc.Your hatred for guns has impaired your ability to make any sense at all.If you do not own firearms for self defense,you better have an alternate plan in place my friend.
