Just more Internet bullshit. I wish people would take a minute or two when they see this kind of nonsense in a forwarded email and check it out online first.

I agree. I just wish people would acknowledge the source of these stories so that those of us with any sense at all can realize the poster is an idiot who believes everything he or she reads on the Internet machine and tries to pass off a stupid story as something they actually read first hand.

When posting something like this story, start off by including the link to the story. Or simply state "I got this in an email from a friend," or something to that effect. Simple, and it lets the rest of us know that whatever follows shouldn't be believed as fact, that it's just an entertaining story.

Your implied tone is that I'm wrong to blindly accept internet bullshit as fact. I prefer to live in a fact-based reality, not some conspiracy-laden, they're-out-to-get-us fantasy world.
