Thanks all... I am still finding out more about how to operate it. It has a detachable leg that becomes a monopod. Could not really do much today due to the weather. The Tornado that they showed on the National news touched down about 30 miles North of my house, but I was actually only about 20 miles from where it hit earlier today as I was in Cartersville (same county) at the time.

Too invested in Nikon to use Sony...And, the "herd" has grown since this shot...

nice collection the best part is with the Nikon they still all work on your new camera. I have a Nikon and a Sony,only got the Sony so I could use my old minolta lens collection.

I've still got several older Minolta MF cameras & lenses (including a couple of 50mm F1.4's). Shame Minolta (like Canon) changed their lens mount when they went to AF...

my tripod is a Kmart model at least 20 yrs old--time to update I think!
