I shot what I thought might be a humming bird or a bumble bee it was whizzing around pretty fast and I just started snapping after I looked at it I can't figure out what it is
It is a moth. I just had someone else ask me that too. They do resemble hummingbirds though. I can't remember the name of them though. Maybe you can google it.

That looks like a 'hummingbird moth', a type of Sphinx moth.
I have never seen one of them, but very nice photo.

Yes you got it - it is a Hummingbird Moth.
pic #1 is a Snowberry clearwing moth. I have hundreds of pics of them.
The National Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Insects & Spiders aptly calls it a Hummingbird Moth or the Common Clearwing... I was fooled by it as well until I noticed the antennae. It's commonly found on forest edges, meadows, and cultivated gardens during the months of May thru September. Hope that helps.
thanks now it is official. it was beside a chemical plant so I thought it was a mutant hummingbird bee lol. thanks again for looking it up.
