Your last two photos are of a wireworm, or click beetle larva - family Elateridae. These larvae feed on germinating seeds or young seedlings and can be major agricultural pests.

Looks quite similar to a Mealworm: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mealworm

yep I'd say it's a meal worm,I raise them to feed to the bluebirds.

I have some that get up to 1 1/2 inches long before they nyph. or whatever they call it.
