Went over to Page Field in Ft Myers today.
Planes were a sight to see and go through. Wish I would have gone earlier before people got in the way of good photos. Too bad the static area was small and buildings and light poles so close.

Good to see my old airplanes. I flew the 17 and 24 for a couple years, you'll find my name on the side of the 17.

Except for waist gunner positions, the tail, nose and upper and lower turrets were off limits. Damn

Love your pictures of the B-17 and thought you might like one of a B-17 inflight. This was taken in Tucson when the Liberty Bell was giving rides out of the Tucson Airport.
