For a first time you're doing OK. I'd make one small suggestion, always try and get on the animals level. I know it's wet and there's snow around but it will result in better images.

I agree with Kinopless and would add also try to get the entire Duck in your shot - little bits are cut off. But nice shots and keep posting. :D
