I know this isn't the best photo but I just got my new camera & I wanted to share a picture. (test photo)
I know I need to get familiar with my manual & learn the important functions - I just love takin' pics.
Please don't be too harsh BUT be honest, I am still learning :mrgreen:
PS: I know the background isn't great, Angel wasn't working with me & kept wanting to jump on the couch or lay down, but you'll have that. lol

Not bad at all. You will learn the secret to good photography. It is "take many pics, adjust and take more pics".

She's cute and gorgeous...this is a very good photo, I agree with others on DOF, keep working at it.
